J A Solicitor is a sole practice regulated by the Solicitor Regulation Authority (the SRA). The principal solicitor Mrs Jenny Arnold, is qualified as a solicitor in both the People's Republic of China and in England&Wales. Mrs Arnold gained her lawyer licence in China in 1997, and she was admitted as a solicitor of England & Wales in January 2010.

Mrs Arnold has broad legal knowledge and experience in various legal sectors. Before she set up her own practice in England, she practiced in Beijing between 1997 and 2003 as a partner in Sinosource & Co (Beijing Zhongrun Law Firm). She also lectured in Law at one of the leading universities, Guangxi University for seven years. Mrs Arnold completed a Masters degree in International Economic Law at the University of Warwick and a graduate diploma in law at the University of Birmingham. After completing a training contract with ESN Solicitors in Birmingham, and being admitted as a solicitor of England and Wales, she has worked as a Locum solicitor and a senior consultant for the Beijing Zhongrui law Firm.

Mrs Arnold has experience in advising clients on various matters ranging from International commercial acquisitions running into millions of dollars to private client cases for example making visa applications. No matter how big or small your case is, it is a big deal to Mrs Arnold, who puts client care as her highest priority . In over 25 years practice Mrs Arnold has never received any complaints from any of her clients. Client care and cost effectiveness are two main principles of this practice.

Mrs Arnold is a native Chinese Mandarin speaker, she can work in both Chinese and English language. At her leisure time, Mrs Arnold is a keen tennis player and loves to play golf. She is a single handicapper golfer playing for the Warwickshire County.
